Yakumi, the newest restaurant concept from the masterminds behind Sushi Roku and Katana, Lee Maen and Philip Cummins of Innovative Dining Group, along with the original founder of PizzaRev, Nicholas Eckerman. Our first location, in the heart of Burbank, CA known as “The Media Capital of The World.” will debut the first of it’s kind upscale approach to counter service with a menu hyper focused on high-quality ingredients, the freshest fish and easy-to-order combination boxes.

A new Japanese dining concept that unites the elements of stylish décor, ultra-premium sushi and care-free convenience. Yakumi feels like the kind of Japanese shop you would come across perusing some of Tokyo’s trendier neighborhoods.  We offer the highest quality sushi in it’s most accessible form. 

Our chefs have artfully chosen robust flavors (Yakumi) to pair with fish like Wasabi Kizami atop Big Eye Tuna, Salmon drizzled with Truffle Soy and Sesame Seeds and Albacore topped with Ponzu and Crispy Shallot. For the ultimate omakase in a box experience, choose any of our thoughtful sushi combinations paired with a drink from our selection of Japanese sake and beer.
